Reruns 1, 2023, cyanotype on stucco
A series of public sculptures installed at Woodbury School of Architecture in San Diego which use cyanotypes of newspapers printed on stucco walls to tell the story of a labor strike lead by San Diego shipyard workers in 1941. The series investigates what histories do and do not become remembered and looks at the crucial existence of archives from the dialectical perspective of trash versus treasure and ephemera versus permanence.
